Are all kitchen doors the same size?

Not always, many manufacturers do sell units which fit doors of ‘standard’ sizes, but some do vary. Also, elements of your kitchen could have been tweaked or changed over time meaning standard doors would no longer fit. The best way to know for sure is to have your kitchen cabinets measured by professionals (like the Kitchen Magic team!)

Are your replacement kitchen doors durable?

Yes, all of our doors are made from high quality materials, manufactured with care and fitted professionally. This ensures that our doors can withstand the everyday use expected in a kitchen.

Can I fit the cupboard doors and drawer fronts myself?

All of our fitters are professional craftsmen with a great deal of training in fitting our products, which are made bespoke to fit your existing kitchen units. Whilst you may feel that installing the kitchen yourself will save time and money, over 40 years of experience has shown us that this task is often best left to the professionals. This also provides you with a guarantee on workmanship, and the knowledge that the finished product will be exactly what you hoped for.

Can I get a kitchen made in a custom colour?

Yes, for some ranges we are able to hand paint your replacement doors to fit your exact requirements and create a new custom look for your kitchen. Call us on 0800 169 4748 to discuss your options with our friendly team.

Can I get a single replacement door from you if there is a problem in the future?

Yes, we offer a full 12 month guarantee from the date of installation, so that in the rare instance a problem occurs, we can replace the doors for you immediately.

Can you just replace the kitchen cupboard doors?

Yes, if the rest of your kitchen is still in great condition and you don’t want a full kitchen makeover, we can replace just the cupboard doors to refresh your kitchen.

Can you manufacture vinyl wrapped kitchen doors?

Yes, we offer a bespoke range of superb quality vinyl wrapped kitchen doors, available in a wide variety of different colours and styles. See our Chatsworth Range.

Can you supply solid wood and granite worktops?

Yes, we can! If your budget can stretch to it, granite and solid wood worktops are a classic choice but do require ongoing treatments and maintenance. If you’re looking for something more user and budget friendly, laminate worktops are a fantastic option.

Do I have to pay for my new kitchen in one instalment?

Due to the fact that all goods are made bespoke and unique to your kitchen, we ask for a 50% deposit upon placing the order. The remaining 50% will then be required when the kitchen has been installed to your satisfaction.

Do I need to empty my cupboards for the installation?

Whilst it is not essential to empty your cupboards before an installation, this is preferable for a number of reasons. Firstly, our fitters will require clear access to all hinges, so if your cupboards are very full, items may need to be moved. Depending on the work being carried out, kitchen installations can also involve an amount of dust, meaning that it may be best to remove the contents of your cupboards to save you having to clean them afterwards. In addition, many customers simply find this a great opportunity for a ‘Spring Clean’, to get rid of those forgotten jars and tins and revive your cupboard space.

Yes, we offer doors to suit a range of budgets and preferences, to include solid wood doors, MFC (melamine faced chipboard) and more. MFC doors are affordable whilst still being hard-wearing so there's no compromise in quality. Visit our ranges to learn more or get in touch with one of our kitchen experts to discuss your options.

We do not currently have a showroom. However, during your home design visit one of our kitchen specialists can show you a range of samples and discuss your options, to help you better understand the styles and colours on offer. Our home design visits are totally free, with no obligation to make a purchase.

Yes, a full 12 month guarantee is provided from the date of installation, which covers all of our products and our workmanship. Should any problems arise within this 12 month period, a fitter will be sent at the earliest opportunity to inspect and rectify the issue. The guarantee serves for 12 months simply because due to the high quality of our product and workmanship, we would expect any problems to occur within this period, and to be easily remedied.

Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer any payment plans. We do, however, accept payment by all major credit cards.

No, we do not offer the supply, installation, or refurbishment of any tiling or flooring.
